this morning we're down to 44 in martinsburg. cumberland 45. 55 annapolis. i've heard from bill in newland. he's at 50 in the northern neck. visibilities are an issue out to the west in the northern shenandoah valley. quarter mile from martinsburg and hagerstown. had allege fog around warrenton and culpeper but those visibilities have come up to five miles. a dense fog advisory west out toward cumberland and south toward the winchester, frederick county, virginia area as well. going up to the high 60s, maybe low 70s with showers late. >>> visibility the issue. some wet pavement and the fog factor. still some woad work went on in the -- road work went on in the overnight hours. eastbound 66 volume is very light here getting to the beltway past gallows road. the last report the left hov accident to join 95 is closed. northbound 95 a little bit after struggle although the pace is better coming out of fredricksburg. the work crew before 17 fall moth blocking all but -- falmouth blocking all but the left lane. if you travel on the 395 corridor, the pace is good.

we begin with developing news on the morning commute. bart has been experiencing major system-wide delays to the past two hours. ktvu's alex savidge is live there with developments. >> reporter: good morning, yes, this was a stalled work vehicle that had triggered delays earlier on. but that problem has been taken care of. we did just get word from bart a couple of minutes ago that all of their trains this morning are now running on time. earlier on the delays were significant. show you video of what it looks like here with video. a bart spokesman told us they were experiencing 40 minute delays on two lines from the east bay into san francisco. that would be those lines. this was because of a maintenance vehicle blocking tracks early this morning south of the mcarthur station. now that vehicle has been cleared out of the way but trains were backed up. everything started about 4:30 this morning when that vehicle that rides actually on the bart tracks itself came off the tracks and the obviously the bart trains going through that area had
